Chris McCarty is the owner and proprietor of Arizona Building Group. He personally oversees every project, ranging from custom home construction to home additions and renovations, swimming pools and spas, as well as constructing industrial buildings from the ground up, providing commercial tenant improvements, and more.
Chris was born and raised in Arizona and has worked on projects across the state. He has extensive experience as a General Contractor and has been licensed since 2003. Chris is also a registered Arizona Real Estate Agent.
His vast experience includes building home additions and remodeling over 10,000 projects around the Phoenix Valley. He has successfully completed major remodeling projects for large corporations including; the Scottsdale Princess Hotel, the Scottsdale Courtyard Marriott, Spring Hill Suites, the Sheraton in Tempe and Scottsdale, Kona Grill, Scottsdale, a 3M Warehouse and many other projects. Impressively, over a three-year period, he completed thousands of kitchen and bath remodels and was recognized as a premier company with Lowe's Corporation.
Chris has fully invested his time and energy into his construction business. His expertise and impressive credentials far exceed the requirements of the industry, establishing him as an outstanding professional in his field. His dedication to the construction industry is illustrated through the achievement of the licenses in related fields that he has attained.
While most General Contractors possess a license to manage their projects, they may not be equipped to perform the work themselves. In contrast, Chris McCarty has attained numerous essential construction licenses in Arizona. He holds licenses in KA Engineering, CR11 Electrical, KB1 General Contracting, CR37 Plumbing, and CR39 HVAC. Additionally, he is certified by IICRC for carpet care, water damage, and advanced structural drying, as well as for Polymer Flooring for concrete, quartz flooring, and epoxy polyurethane coatings. He has also achieved certification for Enphase solar sales, installation, and repair.
